The Opportunity Hub helps Service Providers organise relevant Job Requests, follow up with potential clients, and keep track of new opportunities in one place.
What is the Opportunity Hub?
The Opportunity Hub is your workspace for Job Requests. It helps you save interesting requests, track your follow-up, and find new jobs from known clients.
Instead of trying to remember which Job Requests you wanted to contact, which ones you already quoted, or which clients may come back later, you can organise everything in one place.
1. Find a relevant Job Request
Start by browsing Job Requests. When you find a request that matches your service, open it and read the details.
If the job looks relevant, you can save it to your Hub.
Save this Job Request and track your follow-up.
2. Keep your availability updated
When people need help, especially urgently, they want to quickly find a Service Provider who is available. Keeping your availability updated can increase your chances of being contacted.
This is important for every Service Provider. Commercial Clients may save you in their Service Network, where they can see the availability of their saved Service Providers and check who may be able to help when work is needed.
Find out more about Availability here.
3. Use the Opportunity Pipeline
The Opportunity Pipeline is the main working area of the Hub. It helps you see which Job Requests you saved, who the client is, what stage the opportunity is in, and what you should do next.
You can use it as a practical follow-up list:
4. Update the status as the job moves forward
Use the status field to keep track of where each opportunity stands.
For example, a request can start as Saved or Interested. After you contact the client, it may become Message sent, Waiting or Quote sent. Later, you can mark it as Won, Done, Lost or Not a fit.
5. Plan your next action
For each opportunity, add what should happen next. This could be for example sending a message, preparing a quote, following up with the client, or confirming a time.

The Opportunity Hub is especially useful when you want to treat Job Requests professionally and not lose track of possible work.
